Summer weather in Washington, DC is usually hot and humid. June-July average highs are between 84–85 degrees and average lows are between 65–70. Make sure to bring warm weather clothing for going out and about in the District, but don't forget a sweater or light jacket because the Convention Center is air-conditioned.
