We're glad you're coming to NECC! This conference is the world's most comprehensive education technology event. Its success over the past decades is partly a result of the tremendous media coverage we've enjoyed. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to facilitate your coverage of the conference.

Beginning June 28, please direct your questions to staff and volunteers in the NECC Press Room, located in Room 208 of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

Event News via PR Newswire and ISTE's Daily Leader

Event news from conference exhibitors and organizers is now available online through a partnership with PR Newswire.

Additionally, 150-word profiles from participating sponsors and exhibitors will be compiled alphabetically and distributed over PR Newswire's national trade show circuit before the event opens.

And don't miss ISTE's Daily Leader, the only official show newspaper, published Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, June 28–July 1, 2009. The Daily Leader will be available throughout the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Issues are also posted online on the conference Web site.

Press Room

The Press Room, located in room 208, will be staffed during NECC as follows:

  • Sunday, June 28: 1–5 pm
  • Monday, June 29: 8 am–6 pm
  • Tuesday, June 30: 8 am–6 pm
  • Wednesday, July 1: 8 am–3 pm

The following will be available in the Press Room:

  • Print versions of the NECC 2009 media kit
  • Print media kits from NECC 2009 exhibitors and sponsors

The Press Room will be equipped with a number of workstations that reporters are welcome to use for checking e-mail and for creating and filing stories.

Obtain your Badge and Ribbon at the Media Desk at the Conference Registration Area. Registration is open beginning Saturday June 27.
