First Aid Station

Level Two, outside Hall D just adjacent to the Supreme Court food court. In the event of a medical emergency—please contact the WWCC Command Center by calling x3333 on any house or public phone. Provide a description of the patient's symptoms and location.

The command center will dispatch first responders and emergency medical personnel. In addition, notify the ISTE Conference Services Headquarters at: 202.249.4103.

Food Services Locations

Coffee, light snacks, breakfast, and lunch can be found throughout the WWCC. The Supreme Court food court is located on Level Two and will be open daily throughout the conference beginning Saturday, June 27. Various food carts will be open the same days, located throughout the center, including Starbucks in the Grand Lobby at the Mt. Vernon entrance.

During exhibit hall hours, concessions will be available in the hall, including food court Executive Orders, on the Concourse Level, open Monday through Wednesday.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ISTE meetings, conferences, and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ISTE's use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Daily Shuttle Bus Service

Shuttle service is provided between most official conference hotels and the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (WWCC). Approximate transit time between most locations will be at least 15 minutes. Please plan accordingly.

Schedules are detailed below, and fliers are available at the Transportation Desk (L Street) and the NECC Info Booth. This schedule is subject to revision.

Check the transportation staging area at the WWCC and your hotel lobbies for up-to-date frequency, dates, and other changes. This schedule may also be affected by detours, rush hour, traffic conditions, and other events taking place in Washington DC, but every effort is being made to ensure that transportation service is timely, comfortable, and consistent. Please see our representative at the Transportation Desk if your experience is otherwise.

Tours

All tours depart from and return to the WWCC unless otherwise stated. Look for the tour guide staff, easily identified by signs that state the tour name. Tours that return after daily shuttle service has ended for the day will take attendees directly to their official conference hotels.
