Review these important mechanical requirements when developing advertisements for the Combined Program & Exhibit Guide as well as the ISTE Daily Leader.
Dimensions
Combined Final Program & Exhibit Guide
The final trimmed page size is 7.875" wide x 10.625" high. Refer to the chart to the right for live image area.

ISTE Daily Leader
The final trimmed page size is 11" wide x 17" high. Refer to the chart to the right for live image area.

Format
- Ads must be supplied as high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) PDF files.
- Ads are full color, process only (CMYK).
- Ads may be submitted digitally on zip disk, CD, or e-mail attachment.
- Bleed ads are available for Full and Half page advertisements in the Combined Final Program & Exhibit Guide only (please pay close attention to live area recommendations described above). There will be no bleed ads in the iste Daily Leader.
- A laserprint/photocopy must be submitted as a proof.
Color
All ads are to be specified as Process Color only. Spot (Pantone) colors should be matched using process color builds.
Ads not supplied as process builds will be returned for correction at the advertiser's expense.

Complete, sign, and send the order form, along with appropriate payment, no later than April 6, 2009 for the Combined Final Program & Exhibit Guide, or May 1, 2009 for the iste Daily Leader. Payment details and a mailing address may be found on the order form.
3.
Send artwork according to the mechanical requirements above no later than April 17, 2009 for the Combined Final Program & Exhibit Guide, or June 8, 2009 for the iste Daily Leader, to the contact information on the order form.

Please note the following:
- All advertising costs are non-commissionable.
- Any deviations from specifications may compromise the quality of the advertisement and may result in increased costs.
- ISTE's NECC is not responsible for the quality of reproduction when specifications are not adhered to and reserves the right to alter materials received without approval that are at variance with mechanical requirements.
- Attention Conference Program & Exhibit Guide Advertisers! Submit advertisements by April 17, 2009 and avoid rush charges.
- Ads cannot be canceled. No refunds will be issued.
- If artwork is submitted after deadline, advertiser accepts rush charges or placement in the Exhibit Guide Addendum (black and white only).
Listing Enhancements & Additional Listings

Complete, sign, and send the order form, along with appropriate payment, no later than April 17, 2009. Payment details and a mailing address may be found on the order form.

Submit materials by April 17, 2009, following guidelines listed below.

Online Interactive Exhibit Hall Advertisements
1.
Complete, sign, and submit the order form, along with appropriate payment, by March 16 for maximium online display time starting in March. Orders and materials may be submitted after March 16, however advertising rates will remain unchanged. Interactive Exhibit Hall Advertisements will remain live through July 2009. Please allow approximately one week after logo submission for materials to be posted to the Interactive Exhibit Hall environment.

Submit logos via e-mail to neccexibitorcomm@iste.org following the guidelines listed below.

Logo Submission: Logos must be submitted at a minimum of 300 dpi in either EPS or TIFF file format, converted to RGB color appropriate for online use.
Please note color variations on the Web are possible. We reserve the right to return advertisements that do not adhere to the mechanical requirements listed above.
Literature Distribution
1.
Complete, sign, and send the order form, along with payment of $350, no later than May 25, 2009. Payment details and mailing address may be found on the order form.
2.
Shipping instructions will be e-mailed to you upon receipt of application and payment, beginning 30 days prior to the conference.
3.
Please note the following:
- Do not send display materials to the address on the order form. Exhibit Management will e-mail shipping instructions upon receipt of application and payment.
- Leftover materials will not be returned.
