Housing Update:
Rooms for NECC 2008 are nearly sold out; however, we are currently in the process of adding new inventory, and we anticipate additional rooms becoming available on an ongoing basis. To get on the hotel reservation wait list, please call 1.888.858.9330 and you will receive notification when rooms become available.
You may also try online hotel sites like Expedia and Orbitz to find alternative hotels not in the existing NECC block. The San Antonio Convention & Visitors' Bureau may also be an excellent source of additional hotel rooms. These alternative hotels are not necessarily included in the conference shuttle route, however, so be sure to research your transportation options before booking.
Online Reservations
Welcome to NECC's online housing reservation system. It features an interactive map and real-time inventory that allows you to see what rooms are currently available at each hotel, and gives you instant confirmation of your selection. Rooms at NECC go quickly, so be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible! Also, please thoroughly read our cancellation policy below.
You may wish to look at the list of conference hotels before entering the online system; it allows you to compare amenities at the different hotels at a glance.
Already registered for the conference? You may log
into the housing system with your e-mail address and your
registration confirmation number to automatically forward your contact
information to the online housing reservation form.
Fax or Mail Reservations
You may prefer to print out the housing reservation form (PDF 104k) and fax or mail in your reservation. We do, however, encourage you to use the online system. Form processing is subject to standard delays related to handling U.S. mail, and the rooms you request may not be available when your form is received, in which case you will be placed in a hotel based on availability. Faxed or mailed housing forms requesting new reservations must be received at the Housing Bureau no later than May 30, 2008. Do not send housing forms with your conference registration.
You may also view or print a copy of the Housing Brochure. (PDF 2.3MB)
Payment Information
All room reservations require a credit card to process your reservation. Your credit card is required as a guarantee and may be charged in advance of your arrival. Your card will be charged if you cancel after the cancellation deadline or if you fail to show up on your expected arrival date. (Be sure to read the cancellation policy below). Should you wish to pay by check, please plan to hand-carry the check with you to the hotel and provide it at check-in. Do not send any check deposits to the housing bureau or the hotels prior to arrival.
All charges are subject to a 16.75% state and room tax. Some hotels may also attach additional surcharges. Please verify these charges directly with the hotel upon receipt of your acknowledgment. All hotels will require a credit card or an approximated amount of cash for incidentals for the entire stay upon check-in.
ALERT! Please note: ISTE has been made aware of a false telephone promotion and fraudulent collection of credit card information for NECC Housing. ISTE and ISTE's contractors do not telephone offering special NECC housing reservations.
