Get your hands dirty and your feet wet at our Special Focus Playgrounds! Create games and simulations, become a media specialist or music composer, or create your own avatar in Second Life! (Unless otherwise noted, playground stations are in the West Lobby on Level One.)

Games & Simulations Playground
Monday, 9 am–4 pm
Explore stations for creating games and simulations and games and simulations for math, science, and social studies.

21st-Century Media Center Playground
Monday, 9 am–4 pm
Interactive stations showcase how the 21st-Century Media Specialist can embrace emerging technologies and promote student-centered learning.

AT for IT: Technology Playground for All
Tuesday, 9 am–4 pm
Explore powerful tools to support students in reading, writing, and math representing everyday technologies as well as specialized tools that can benefit all learners. Sponsored by ISTE's SETSIG.

Second Life & Virtual Worlds Playground
Tuesday, 9 am–4 pm
