March 30	Super Early-Bird registration deadline; register early for best rates!
April 2	Housing cancellation deadline in order to avoid $150 cancellation fee.
April 27	Early-Bird registration deadline.
May 23	Tour registration closes; tour cancellation deadline.
May 25	Faxed or mailed housing reservation deadline. Online reservations will be accessible, based on availability, until June 17. Rooms are selling quickly, so please make your reservations as early as possible.
June 4	Final conference registration confirmations sent by e-mail.
June 8	Mail conference registration closes.
June 13	Web, phone, and fax conference registration closes; after this date, registration is available onsite only.
June 17	Online housing reservations close.
June 17	Housing reservation cancellation deadline with our housing bureau; after this date, cancellations must be made directly with the hotels and are subject to each individual hotel policy.
June 17	Changes to housing reservations must be made by this date (e.g., name, address, arrival and departure dates, special room requests, room type, or roommate information). Date changes will be made on a space-available basis.
June 18	Conference cancellations accepted in writing through this date, including ticketed items (except Tours, which had a May 25 deadline). A $35 fee will apply.
June 23-27	Onsite registration is available at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
